This is a really nice brewing system for a cold tea or hot tea and I like the sleeve that came with it and the saying on it really starting to enjoy loose tea better than teabags so I recommend getting this if you’re a tea lover

My first one shattered within two days due to a small flaw in the glass messaged them on instagram (it’s on the bottles box) and was sent a new one without much questions and received it within two days of letting them know. Absolutely amazing service! That aside. The bottle is my ABSOLUTE favorite super duper amazing for making my mothers milk tea in. I couldn’t save I have a more favorite product and I totally leave it outside for moon water absolutely amazing! Literally can’t rave enough gonna be getting both of my aunts one for Christmas!

1st I would lime to say it is a beautiful bottle. When I first received it the tea infuser made a little cut on my finger due to how sharp it is. I purchased the bottle with the crystals. I not only use the bottle for water but for other drinks as well. One day I decided to have some crystal charged oj. I put it in the bottle and forgot to drink it. Honestly I forgot the oj was in the bottle and could not see there was anything in it because of the sleeve that came with it. So it's been sitting for a few days. Today I was sweeping my floor and the bottle which has been sitting on my counter exploded out of nowhere. Metal top shot off, class shatter, and oj spills all over my counter and floor. The bottle exploded at the bottom where the crystals are. The crystals were at the bottom of the bottle at that time. Luckily the glass broke inside the sleeve that was provided so I didn't have to clean up glass. Idk if the Energy from the crystals were too much for the glass to handle and caused the explosion or the oj sitting in it for so long. Either way I'm disappointed. Loved the bottle but would not buy again due to this reason. I have little children and can't have a glass bottle exploding on me. My feelings hurt. Haven't had it a month yet.
