I had neck issues and constant headaches and was looking for a pillow that would help with my discomfort. I tried many different pillows until I found this pillow. I'm an not saying it resolved my headaches (this was another issue) but my neck does feel better. It is a very comfortable pillow and the design cradles your head and neck if you are lying on your back. When lying on your side it is somewhat cut out and your nose is not buried in the edge of the pillow. I've noticed this helps to prevent wrinkles and creases on the side of your face in the eye area too.

This is my second- somehow my first was lost while traveling. I cannot leave home without this- while I love a soft pillow, I end up with a stiff neck because pillows without support leave my head and neck in a compromised position. I have a larger size of this that I use regularly at home. While it's a bummer to have carryons compromised with a pillow, I refuse to leave home without this. It does compress so I can justify bringing- and my neck thanks me. Highly recommend.

I feel like I have found a miracle that I almost hate to share with others because I want there to always be availability for these products! We won't survive without them! My husband and I both have TMJ and we both wear night guards and we both have neck problems (and he snores like a freight train). He is 6'3" so we got him the largest one a few years back. He is now on his 3rd one and we have the older ones available for overnight visitors. I have the middle size one (I am 5'3") and it fits me perfectly. I also just ordered the smallest one that I will use when we travel. We take these pillows with us EVERYWHERE we go because we have gotten to where we can't sleep without them! We would pay extra to the airlines to take them with us; however, they are fairly light weight and easy to compress so they fit nicely in our luggage and don't add extra weight or as much room as you would think. AND MY HUSBAND DOES NOT SNORE ANYMORE! We elevate the head of his side of the bed just a bit and then sleeping on this pillow keeps him from snoring! Good night sleep for me with no snoring and a great pillow too!

I have tried many pillows over the years and have finally settled on this one. Not just for travel, which this is perfect for, but for my every night delight. I have a military neck which means no curve for cushion. As a result I have had some serious migraine headaches back while in junior high and high school. Been using ergonomic pillows since then and none have compared to this one. Cured my neck pain and no more migraines.

I bought this item because I was tired of waking up with a stiff neck and even stiffer jaw. I am a die hard side sleeper and have purchased other items in the past, but I finally bit the bullet and spent some hard earned cash on this item...and I couldn't be happier! I am 5' tall so I was able to do just fine with this travel sized pillow. Watch those sizes, there are 2 different sizes for different heights, plus their travel-sized equivalents. On to the review:I found the item quite dense initially, but it may be because I am new to memory foam. I actually threw the entire pillow and its case into a standard sized pillowcase just to keep clean. I went to bed and immediately understood how this works. The density is key. My shoulder has room to rest without creeping up to my head, but at the same time, my head has breathing space without squishing my face. And my neck is at a perfect height allowing my jaw to relax with perfect support due to that lip on the edge. I barely moved all night I was so comfortable. I woke up and had absolutely no stiffness in my neck, my face had no crease, my jaw was pain free, and I felt great! I don't care how much this thing is now. I hope they never stop making it because I am taking it with me everywhere!

I have osteoarthritis in my neck and have used these pillows for many years. Some had to be replaced before the unconditional 5 yr. warranty for replacement was up, and I had no exchange problems. They due tend to vary in hardness depending on the humidity. But overall, it is the only brand of next pillow I will buy.

I love this pillow, but in the next size down....meaning the manufacturer CLAIMS this pillow is 4 inches thick, but when you get the pillow, it is actually more than 5 inches. Despite the fact they claimed "no returns", I sent mine back because it was not properly described. The length and width are spot-on, but not the thickness, which really was uncomfortable (I'm 5'8" average shoulders and weight female). Amazon took the pillow back - great company. I bought the same pillow, only 3 inches thick and indeed, it is not, it measures at least 4 inches, but that pillow is perfect. I have had it more than a month and ALL my morning wake up headaches are gone - after years - drugs, splints, mouth guards - you name it. I have not awakened a single morning after about 2 days with this small, travel sized "wonder" pillow. Where have you been all my life? But take the time to measure the thickness of pillows at home and consider that these measurements are not accurate. Buyer do beware!

I have previously purchased 2 SleepRight pillows, 1 regular and 1 travel pillow. I bought this travel pillow as I left my other travel pillow at my daughter's house since I travel there numerous times a year. Well, this pillow is Not like the ones I purchased several years ago. This pillow is so soft and doesn't give the same support as the others. This one I have to put a towel underneath to give it some firmness. The other 2 supported my neck perfectly, this one doesn't. I called the company and asked if they changed the foam of the pillows and I was told no they didn't change it. I asked if he thought it was a knockoff and he said no. He said maybe the pillow was hot and it needed to cool off. ?? The others I have are firmer and work for me.

I recently vacationed in B.C. and, to my surprise, the condo where I stayed had that type of pillow. So I inquired about it and, once back home, I surfed the web and found that Amazon was selling it. It is the best pillow I have ever slept on; no more cervical pains in the morning. The $$$ investment is worth. Actually I bought the standard size for my bed and one smaller one for traveling.I would strongly recommend that pillow to people who have either cervical and/or back problems.A.L.
