Bauer 2100 Hockey Helmet

This saved my head the other night, I coach youth ladies hockey travel team. So I have to look cool enough, when I go out on the ice. When I tripped getting on the ice and fell and lost my gloves and hit my butt and my head, I was glad they have a helmet rule. I have skated since I was 5 years old, so I usually don't worry about my self on the ice.When I play games, then I add a mask this does not come with a mask that is not with this, be sure you get one that fits with it, but for the price you can't beat this helmet, it is really comfy and a good one.

This is a great helmet for people who are new to the sport, youth players, and people who play in non-contact / adult leagues. Fit was great, comfortable, and adjustable (It can feel tighter just from your hair growing, which is a quick fix with this) However, if you're playing in a contact league (pee wee, high school, etc.) I'd probably recommend getting something with better technology just to be on the safe side. Not saying this doesn't protect - its fine for falls and pucks off the dome - but there is a reason why Bauer makes $150 helmets too.

I got this helmet for roller derby, I'm a jammer and get knocked around a lot; at first I thought the ear covers were annoying but they have saved my ears and side of my face many times from bad hits. I have also taken a pretty good fall on polished concreat, this helmet saved my head, I know my other helmet would not have done as well. I also like that it comes down a little lower to protect the back of my head.

The helmet looks great. The protective padding is very comfy. I bought a large and it fits my noggin pretty well. I read that some people thought it ran a little narrow, but I have no complaints. Just a heads up, the ear pieces are part of the helmet. Another customer on another site said that they were removable, but like I said it is part of the helmet. Looking forward to picking up another at this price. Love it!

Awesome helmet!!! Fits my shield to really nice padding! Pluse really adjustable the ear covers are a nice feature to I live in Michigan and it was here in two days from new jerseys with standered shipping! I will definitely buy from these guys again!

Easy to fit. Really comfortable with plenty of padding. It vents well too. I play roller hockey outside and it's my favorite helmet I've worn yet.

I chose this product as the skate centres in our area all use this as their basic head protection. Love the fit adjustments and as my hairs get longer, it'll be easier to have only one helmet for each size.
