Unfortunately this item did not live up to expectations. Arrived on time, packed very well. Bought new oil and petrol for it. Struggled to start at first but did manage to get it going to cut a 6inch gravel board, brilliant we though. Went back approx. half an hour later to cut another, would not start no matter how much we tried.we left it over night and tried several times through out the day but no luck. We rang Customer Services, who did ring back but my husband was at work and is not able to answer the phone, he tried to ring them back but no reply. Eventually we gave up and returned the item to Amazon who have refunded us. We purchased this item because we thought pay a little more and get a quality machine, sadly we were wrong.

This item needed to be returned for a repair with the first few weeks of use - the customer service we received was terrible! We will never purchase from this company again and would give them no stars if it were possible!

Brought one and didn’t last more than 2 days , sent it back to get fixed , however same problem with a day of using it ; sent that back along with a snotty letterThey sent me out a brand new machine which did exactly the same as previous machine , sent that back got a refundUsed these cutters for over 20yrs , pay more and get the stihl saw

Was not sure about this when I bought it but it was a reasonable price. Works really well all I had to do was add fuel and I sprung for the pre mixed aspen fuel as this might not get as much use as a trades person using it every day. It has a belt drive and can struggle at low speed but full throttle cuts through my 4in concrete easy enough. I have used stihl saws in the past and they are really good but expensive. This will work well for works around the home. Also with a free concrete blade and toolkit. Spare drive belt too. And I can sell it after I’ve done as well.
