If you already like Muscle Milk then it's a no-brainer that getting it in this form is very convenient. If you don't know about Muscle Milk, you can read a ton about it online. Short version for me -- it is the only product of its kind that I know of that does not have soy in it, and it tastes good. Since I cannot tolerate soy products, this is the one for me. As I said, lots more details readily available online.

The label said sugar free when I placed my order. What I got was not sugar free. I do hope they have fixed this because some people should not have sugar. I couldn't use the product once I saw this and replaced the order with another brand that was sugar free. I gave this 3 stars as it is probably okay for other individuals. Muscle milk 100 calorie is sugar free and should not be confused with muscle milk light.

I've been ordering this product via subscribe and save for a few years on and off......it has gone up dramatically in price over the years (like most things now a day).The product itself is amazing. Great taste, smooth, and great for you. But I can't buy it anymore because of how expensive it has become.

Don't like the packing. Hate having to mess with the plastic rap each day. There other products just twist click open.

Decide to put it on a subscription due to the lack of retail availability. I love the fact that it arrives at my house with no effort on my part. The price is subject to change, that doesn't make me happy, but it is always here. Great taste!

I love Muscle Milk Light! It's delicious and I crave it after a workout. My only problem is, when did the price jump up $30??? This used to be $44 for a 12 pack. The regular muscle milk is less than $30 for a 12 pack.

I needed a light breakfast at work and bought this on the advice of my wife, a dietitian. It fits the bill; the flavor is good and the protein makes it satisfying throughout the morning.

I love muscle milk, and the light version is just as tasty but with fewer calories and carbs. Buying it from Amazon in bulk is at least 1/2 the cost of buying them individually at my gym (24 hour fitness).
