This was exactly what I wanted. I've had it before and liked it.

It's awfully sweet. I mix one packet with 16 ounces of water and it's still a little too sweet for me. I love that it's a liquid concentrate instead of powder. I never could get those mixed properly. This helps me get my protein in AND my water, so win/win there. Prompt shipping and nothing I received even close to expiration.

Was disappointed to see this wasn’t a complete protein but really just collagen. Tastes good but not a true protein supplement.

If you are looking for the convenience of drinking protein without the bloat and space that normal shakes require in your stomach then this product is for you. My doctor recommended it and it’s a regular part of my life.
