Very useful
My son loved this book. He said there were a ton of useful information. He learned a lot of things not mentioned in regular driving education books

Great gift!
I bought it for my little brother and his best friend as a gift, both of them are starting their driving journey.Over the weekend we went on a family trip to Yosemite national park, obviously when I gave them the gift on the trip they weren’t that thrilled (you cannot compare a book with beautiful nature at least in my prospective), but surprisingly, over the weekend It felt like every time that we had a talk, the book came up as a topic for the conversation, and they even reminded me a thing or two about “How to take care of my car”.I normally don’t write reviews, but it feels to me like in this case this book deserves it!

A must-have for every (new) driver out there!
I loved this!Bought it as a gift for my nephew just as he got his driver's license and thought i'd read the firat few pages just to see what it's about and couldn't stop reading. It's written in a very casual yet detailed way that sucks you in. The writing is informative, explanatory and very well organized. The real life examples are spot on for my experience. While the ideas and methods seems obvious to an experinced driver, I've learned some new and surprising things i never thought of. Reading them and realizing how helpfull this will be for a new driver was eye opening.I would definitely recommend both for seasoned and new drivers!

Great book overall.
A couple of years ago I had a traumatic car accident, so I stopped driving for a while. In the past few months I’m thinking about getting back on the road and overcome my fears, I bought this book because the reviews pointed on how helpful this book to regain your confidence on the road. And I’m glad I bought it, because it actually pushed me to go and get it done.Im getting my license back in a week from now! Thanks for all the help.

Good read for me as a parent
I was impressed by some of the tips the author wrote about on this one. As a parent myself, there are some tips I’ll definitely pass down to my sons when they are ready to hit the road. Was a expecting a mostly informative read but the writer really keeps you engaged with their style of writing. Will refer to my friends and family. Definitely recommend for all!

Wanted to give my honest review
This book is really good, it describes the very first things that a new driver needs to learn, i bought it to my 16 years old cousin as a gift , although a new driver needs to learn it from his parents/ driving instructor , it always good to have it handy , with pictures and great & Simple descriptions.

Well written for the older adolescent views and attention span.
I got this for my grandsons to read before taking the DMV test and driver's Ed. They like the format.

Looked like the book was thrown together in a hurry.
Didn't have much practical advice, like, "how to change a tire." Looked like it was thrown together in a hurry. Many misspellings - like "Break" instead of "Brake" (you know, what we use to stop the car.) also one passage kept referring to "raking," which passed the spell checker. I think the author meant braking (if so, it would have been spelled correctly).
