I have owned these dishes for several years and absolutely love them, this was to replace a broken dish.

Poor Quality
I purchased this as a replacement item for a plate I broke and was very diappointed in the quality. The plate is out of round, thicker and heavier, and the painting is inferior. It was made in Malaysia. My original set was made in the USA. If I need other replacement pieces, I will try to buy them used. I used to think Pfaltzgraff was a good and reliable brand. I also need to note that the service from Amazon and its supplier was excellent - it was just a bad product.

The details do not mention whether it is a single plate of is a set of 4, but the price is definitely not a bargain for the single plate that I received. The reviews for this item refer to the plate as a set, and all of these products are distributed in sets of 4. It should have been more clear. Because it's sold by Amazon, the "Contact Seller" link doesn't appear on my order.
