They work but expensive
Easy to mix up using water, slightly strong in coffee personally would have preferred a milder coffee taste but still very nice, I would say a bit to sweet something to be considered, my biggest issue is the cost I find these extremely expensive especially when you need to be on them for a long while, so I have to switch between other brands but it still does the job, I would think twice before purchasing these again, only because of the cost

So my better half and myself have tried most of the soups, shakes and bars. My only gripe is that given the high price why couldn’t that make them taste better, much better. They’re awful, just awful. For, one more thing, did I say they taste awful!
