I absolutely LOVE these inserts. I have the Elvie original (double pump) and recently received the Elvie Stride pump from my last pregnancy. I measure on the smaller side, so in the past I had to buy a 21mm flange. I never realized I was still using a size bigger than I needed for optimal output. In the past I used BeauGen cushions for my double pump, but they need to be folded or cut to fit and easily wear over a short time. These inserts fit perfectly in both pump flanges without needing any modifications or purchasing of additional flanges. (Note: these only fit in the 24mm flanges that come with the pump). They are sturdy, simple to insert/remove, easy to clean, and make my heart happy with the matching accessory colors! I highly recommend getting an accurate measurement a few minutes after nursing/pumping to determine which size is best. I assumed I’d be a 19mm initially, but after they came in I saw they were still too big. I used a circle stencil to get my exact size (13-14mm) & added 3-4mm to find my inserts (17mm fit well for me). If you measure on the smaller side, I highly recommend these for your breastfeeding journey. You won’t regret it!

I have an Elvie Stride and a Medela Freestyle Flex and the flanges that came with them were too large. Because the flanges were too large my nipple would enlarge to the size of the flange and that left me with very sore nipples. The flanges for the Elvie are $29.99 and the smaller size Medela flanges are $18 I believe. I didn’t want to have to buy two different sets so I purchased these and they fit both my flanges just fine. The material is more rigid than I thought it would be. I’ve used them a few times on both pumps and they are more comfortable. Although I’ve read that proper fitting flanges give you a better output, I haven’t noticed an increase in volume of milk pumped. When using the Medela flanges it blocks out my view of the milk coming out, which is slightly inconvenient because I get clogged ducts so when I pump I try and massage the breast to see if I can help the let down and it’s hard when I can’t see if milk is coming out. That’s the only issue I’ve had with them.

One size does not fit most when it comes to pumping. I have an Elvie and Spectra and have been trying to find an insert that works in both flanges and the correct mm needed for a more comfortable pumping experience. I’m so happy I came across this product. The insert is very easy to insert on both my pump flanges, it’s pliable, and soft providing comfort. It doesn’t “stick” to the flange like other brands have and it does not require a lubricant to insert it into the flange.

Elvie Stride only comes in 21, 24, and 28 mm flange sizes. (Who decided this?!) I need 17 mm. I can work with 19, but 21 is entirely too big to the point of pain. These inserts fit perfectly with an excellent seal. They're difficult to get out once in, but that just speaks to the seal. My output is much better with the correct size as well, so definitely worth it if you have a "non-standard" size. As a silly cosmetic note, they're nearly the same green as the Elvie Stride parts so don't look out of place.

These inserts fit perfectly on my Spectra flanges! My pump came with too large of flanges so I had to find something that fit appropriately. These were perfect! They slide in easily but can be difficult to remove after the suction pulls them on tightly. Simply lift a small section to reduce the suction and then it pulls away easily. Milk can get stuck underneath but if gently removed, the milk will drip into bottle.

These flange inserts are amazing. I did not want to have to purchase entirely new pump parts for smaller flanges. I have 2 different pumps and these fit in both perfectly. I really believe that they have helped my milk production increase, which I desperately needed. I will make sure I have these on hand during the rest of my pumping journey and do not plan to pump at all without them

Fits into the spectra s1 but I have been having leaky issues with it, for some reason, it causes the flange to not suction properly for me although the item fits into the flange perfectly. There’s nothing I can do to fix it but I have another insert I use which doesn’t cause this issue.

I’m at first time mom, so I knew nothing about pumping and flange sizes despite taking breastfeeding classes. I exclusively nurse but I did want to have milk stored just in case. I LOVE my Elvie pump, but I couldn’t understand why it hurt when I pumped, yet when I nursed I had no pain. So, after scrolling on TikTok, I came across a video talking about flange sizes. After a few measurements I found out my standard flange was WAYYYYY to big. These were a LIFESAVER! I felt instant relief when I used them. They fit perfectly into my Elvie Stride and they don’t mess with the suction power at all. I was hesitant to buy but I’m so glad I did because it has made pumping 10x more enjoyable.

Annoying they can’t go in the dishwasher

It will probably get the job done with some pumps, but didn't work well with my Elvie pumps. It has to be adjusted and cut on some parts and still didn't pump too well.
