I should probably opt into the subscription option for this jam because it’s AMAZING. I needed that special flavor to complement my pimento cheese dip. This is it!It’s sweet. It’s got a mild kick to it. But not too spicy. The texture is similar to loosely congealed jello. And it’s made locally in the U.S.A. (Clearwater, FL). It’d taste great on anything, I imagine. It’s delicious.

I use this Jelly for my Charcuterie business. I placed in my box and got rave review . I had been using a Trader Joes brand but it's seasonal and I had always ran out by the time middle of the year gets here . so I will buy in the large size so I can get better value for my money. I really like dipping my chicken sausage and other meats into this as added flavor…also put a little on my loaded baked potatoes . Has a little spice to it but not too bad. I will definitely order more in the future.

This stuff is delicious. It has just the right amount of heat, balanced with the sweet and savory bacon backup. It's great on cream cheese and crackers, as an add to a grilled cheese sandwich, or on a burger that wants a little zing but not a straight pepper. Yum.

Really tasty jam. I take a star off since it had kind of leaked out when it arrived but such a small amount. It was more so sticky than having lost even a full serving. This was really tasty. Smoky in flavor actually. Not so spicy but a good taste of bacon.
