Bad build quality and terrible customer service policies.
Terrible. I always have problems with MSI right out of the box. The fan on my first one died and emitted a shrieking metal on metal noise within a few weeks of purchase. Thought I'd give the new model a shot. As soon as I booted it up the screen gave me problems. The words distorted every time I moved my mouse. After a restart the words were fixed but flickering lines ran across the screen every few seconds.I contacted MSI and they asked me to update BIOS. The problem wasn't fixed. Now they ask me to ship my brand new laptop to them AT MY EXPENSE and there is a whole list of incidentals that won't be covered. If my computer goes missing, if damaged during shipping...etc. None of that is covered.Heard good things about MSI but I'm disappointed in quality AND service. Looking for a gaming laptop? Go elsewhere.

Operational
The Laptop is incredible! Fast and stays cool. Responses are very very fast. Best gaming I ever had.

Can run most games
This computer can run most games fairly smoothly, however not on the highest graphics. I've had particular trouble with Devil May Cry and Resident Evil. Kinda wish I just save up more to get a beefier laptop

Great laptop
Doesn't have a touch screen. Battery life is not great; 4 hours about. Biggest problem is the default fan curve allows the laptop to overheat and shut itself off. But manually changing the fan curve fixes this issue.
