Q: Where can I get Blank keys and cutter machine? We have over 125 apartments that use this type of mailbox lock.

I used professional locksmiths, not the box stores or hardware stores.

Q: How do I measure what size I need?

There are measurements at the top left of the page in a line drawing. You need to know the distance between the mounting screws. then the overall height and weight. Finally the height of the bolt throw.

Q: I have recently bought a lock, does it come a key? My lock come as unopened but there isn't a key.

Yes, I have purchased quite a few of these. Each lock comes with two keys (or is supposed to).

Q: are the keys customized to the locks? Or is this item a "one key fits all locks" sort of deal?

I bought 2 and both locks use the same key... I might buy another lock somewhere else so that hopefully i get a lock with different keys.
