The stand lasted only 2 days. The nots came off as they were poorly installed. The scooter also makes a lot of noise when riding.

No instruction manual provided.Product does not work as per Youtube video.Kindly send technician.Updating review as per replacement received.Now received instruction manual and a device for screwing / unscrewing.Thank you, seller / Amazon!--------------------Update in 1 week -Screw for front wheel is broken :(Can you please send replacement screws ?

I bought this for my son for his bday and it broke in 3 weeks. Upon contacting customer care they shippedba replacement screw which I was fine with. But no video to assemble it. After repeat d follow ups they still haven't shared a video on how to assemble the screw which they sent.The point is that the product broke in three weeks and i was still willing to replace a screw to fix it but there is no response from them on how to fix it. One is supposed to magically know how they assemble stuff in their factory. Really bad product and even worse customer service. I am still waiting on the video on how to fix the scooter. Ideally they should replace the product.

Update post: June 2ndI reached out to the customer support to get the spares screws and as soon as they understood my concern, the spare parts got shipped out to us.Now the scooter is back in good condition. I am updating the star from one to four star for the amazing customer support. Giving only four star and not five star because we are still disappointed since this happened within 6 weeks of purchase.I am not sure how to reach out to seller other than putting comment here. We paid a premium price thinking we are getting a good quality scooter. Initially when I saw the scooter it looked well built. Two weeks down, the handle height adjust screw went missing. Six weeks down the front wheel came off and again I cannot find the screw anywhere nearby. I was under the assumption it is a ready to use bike and we didn’t do any more screw tightness checks post the purchase. It will be great if the company/seller can provide me these two spare screws. Otherwise with the front wheel broken the scooter is useless

The media could not be loaded.  Its a Rabbit product, literally a waste of Money, in video you can clearly hear the sound coming from the Tyres..its between the nut and tyres....and the nut from front tyre came out on the second day itself..lucky to find it again....or it would have been kept aside forever....

Doesn't look original, not very sturdy. Handle screws are loose. No branding of r for rabbit. Definitely not worth the price.

The front wheel keeps coming out and we have to reassemble it every single time. The product is very poorly assembled. The stand broke.

Everything looks good about the product. Only thing that bothers is that there is no R for Rabbit which makes it similar to other brands like Wembley, Dash which cost half the price. Not sure if we paid for the right product.
