Excellent Monitor
Excellent product. Really easy to use as there is only one button and monitors heart rate and oxygen levels. It beeps if you heart rate elevates/is low (my partner is very fit and it was beeping as his heart rate was 47). It also stays on well as I was checking my heart and oxygen whilst going up and down the stairs. Really useful and compact. To turn it off you just leave it and it goes off by itself. It also comes with batteries which is so useful especially for a medical device

Hospital quality device
Well designed, nice strong yet comfortable fit that doesn’t slip off by itself, design seems high quality, clear colourful display of oxygen level and heart rate which can be altered by pressing the ’on’ button a couple of times until you find one you’re happy with. For accuracy, ensure you rest your hand on a surface, ensure the device is properly positioned on your finger for full contact and if uncertain about the pulse rate, check it manually with your fingers on your pulse and count the ‘bumps/pulsing’ for one minute. Will buy again as it was a health investment.

Peace of mind - great value - great oximeter
Why did you choose this product over others?:Ordered this as friend as reasonable price good value for money & good reviews, diagnosed with heart problem, great for her to pop into handbag & use if has funny turn, gives her peace of mind. needs for protection & has been handy already several times. Despite using a few times perhaps seems to have great battery life.

GOOD QUALITY AND ACCURACY
This 02 finger tester is great. I is very clear and easy to use. I paid less for my last one and it was not so accurate. Because of this I would recommend spending a little more and getting a better quality one

Thoroughly impressed with everything
This was purchased to keep an eye on a family member's progress during a recent bout of flu. The nurse at our GP surgery said that his oxygen levels were a bit low and I thought it would be a good idea to be able to check if they worsened or improved over the next couple of days to stop me second-guessing myself as to whether I should get him in again.Rather than only being able to guess, it was good to have some actual data to rely on (along with temperature readings) and we found this oximeter to be really helpful and easy to use. The display is very clear and able to be set to your preferences, the low oxygen alarm is a bonus (although not really necessary in our case) and it is incredibly easy to use and comfortable on the finger. Even the packaging is good!

Wanted to leave 5* but...
If I had bought this for myself I'm sure I'd be leaving a 5* review. The unit is small, neat, seems of good build quality and is comfortable on the finger. The read out is clear, easily configurable to left/right handed and informative. When I tested it on myself, it quickly showed my readings, which agreed with my Fitbit (+/- ~2 on heart rate). The HR readings are very dynamic, so do change quite fast. All good (so far)...However, I bought this for my 93 year old mother as her GP had asked her to track her HR. She has arthritis in her hands (so fingers not too straight) and constantly cold hands (poor circulation) and the unit struggled to provide readings. To be fair the instructions, which btw are good, do say warm hands are required. When it did provide readings, they were unreliable, with readings taken moments apart flitting between reasonable and "go to A&E immediately" (literally - there's a reference chart in the instructions). This wasn't very confidence inspiring for her, so unfortunately the unit has had to be returned (very easy thanks to Amazon). This is a very mixed review, I know. For me, the unit was very good and I'm guessing would be for most people. However, for my mother's situation, it just didn't work well enough.
