Fat Daddio's Anodized Aluminum Round Cake Pans, 2 Piece Set, 4 x 2 Inch

These are my favorite cake pans ever; they provide an even cook, they’re easy to use, and they’re high quality. Every year, I bake a fancy cake for my nephew’s birthday and in the past two years, I’ve fallen in love with these cake pans. They’re so much better than anything Wilton puts out, and I find that they’re easy to use when turning the cakes out and for cleaning up afterwards too. They’re also cheaper than I’d expect them to be which is always a plus in the cake making world since I tend to spend a ton of money on other supplies. I highly recommend these!

We have several Fat Daddio's pans and love them, they are high quality and bake like a dream. If you use one of their springform pans you'll never want another brand. My hubby who is learning to bake couldn't believe the difference between the FD pan and a cheaper made pan when he made his cheesecake, now they're all he uses. He now loves the round cake pans for his other cakes, happy dude, no attitude.

The 8 inch pan is perfect fit for my air fryer. Game changer for making meatloaf, etc. in my air fryer. I will buy two more.

The 6 x 3-inch size is perfect for smaller cakes or layered desserts, and the anodized aluminum ensures even heat distribution, which means my cakes bake uniformly without hot spots.The non-reactive surface is great for acidic batters, and cleaning up is a breeze since nothing sticks. The pan's construction feels durable, but I did find it to be a bit thinner than some other cake pans I’ve used. This can lead to a bit of warping in high-temperature baking, so just be aware if you’re baking at higher temps.

I've been baking cakes a few times a week for more than two years now. I had originally purchased some basic Wilton 9" cakes pans, which have a flare shape - not straight sides. I was tired of battling the flared edges on my cakes, so I read reviews on Bon Appetit and found that these wonderful Fat Daddio's pans were highly rated and they're made in my state! They perform great. Nice even bakes, straight sides, easy release when I use parchment and butter to coat the pans first. And I haven't needed to use my cake belts around the pans - these pans create flat cakes naturally. Wow! They clean up easily, just do not put them in your dishwasher. But cleaning them is so simple, that it's no concern that they should not go in the dishwasher. Don't hesitate. These feel like bakers pans. Thick and heavy duty

I baked 4 cakes and stacked them. Worked perfectly for our barrel theme cake. The pans are top notch. For the first time I got maximum rise, no dome or sticking. I went back and order 2 of the 6x3 so I can bake more with less cake. Love!

Definitely worth the money , wish I’d bought them years ago

I don't often want to make a normal sized cake, for various reasons. This pan allows me to easily cut an 8" pan recipe in half--It make bake up slightly deeper, but has not been a problem so far. The bake itself is good and release has been easy.
