Back to the basics...
These stones are awesome, thick & heavy duty. Excellent heat retention long as you follow the directions & preheat your oven @ 500 degrees & "DON'T" wash w/soap & water, "NEVER" slice anything on your stone nor using "ANY" oils. (STONES ARE VERY POROUS) Make sure you use protective mitts that cover your hands & arms "IF" you must remove hot stone from oven. These baking stones cook everything evenly! No more doughy tops and burnt bottoms

Exceeds expectations!
Packaging was truly impressive! Have used it a few times now, and found it way more effective than the stone it replaced, due to the extra thickness. I really can't see the point of going for any of the more expensive listings. 5/5 from me!

A double purpose item!
Quite heavy and I bought it to help stabilise the heat of our electric oven which has a calibrated temperature control knob that has very little bearing on the actual temperature of the oven. And of course, I look forward to putting it to work cooking some very tasty pizzas too.
