I tried to love these. I really did. They are just so hard. It's like sleeping on rocks. I do like the covers that come on the pillows, but overall the comfort is just not there. Now they are just decorative pillows.

Had to return these. They never expanded. Yes, I followed the directions. They ended being flat and lumpy. On the positive side, the pillow cover was really nice and soft.

Pros: These pillows seem to be of good quality. They're exactly what is described. I like the gussets particularly. As others have said, the do settle a bit during the night, but a couple of shakes in the morning and they're fluffy again.No-so-pro but still OK: These pillows, like every other memory foam product I've had, smell bad right out of the box. I let these air out for several days, and the smell is nearly gone. I have a memory foam mattress topper that I bought a while ago, and it doesn't smell at all.These suckers are heavy. That's not really a problem, just an observation.Cons: I just can't get used to them. Because memory foam conforms to the shape of your body (or, in this case, your head), I felt a little like my pillow was made of quicksand. I sleep on my side, with an arm under my pillow; that creates a shape too, and I'd end up with a set of indentations that weren't comfortable at all.This is the first time I've bought pillows without seeing/feeling them first. I think I'll go back to the old-fashioned way.

There is a strong odor from the filling but the directions talk about this. It's not that great but give it time to air out and it will eventually go away. I used dryer sheets between the cover and the insert, 3 on each side, and it really helped! My husband snores and is a stomach or back sleeper depending on the time of night. I am a side sleeper. I bought a set. Both are the same and yet the very first night my husband's snoring lessened by 50% and my neck pain was 100% gone. We both woke up refreshed. You truly can adjust these pillows and they will keep their form so they are uniquely yours. I love them so much. Two days / nights in and time will tell how they stand up to the test of time but I am very happy. Money well spent. Sweet dreams!

These are extremely heavy pillows. They are very firm when you first lay down, then your head will slowly, slowly sink into them. Weird pillow

Not very comfortable... At first the memory foam was condensed and smelled like a sweat shop which I expected. After 2 months, the pillow is overinflated and is already having pieces unravel from the casing. I expected more for this price and would have just gotten the cheapest pillow ever and probably slept better in it

Fluffed up in the dryer. Just thicker, firmer than this side sleeper likes.

I've been looking for a good foam pillow to replace my old ones and I just LOVE these! My neck doesn't hurt when I wake up and this had my head at the perfect angle. They aren't too poofey and my head sinks in just enough so I feel like I'm sleeping on a cloud. They had a tiny bit of smell when I first opened them, but it's gone within 24-48 hours.
