What can I say! Amazing seller from start to finish. Having purchased a few days ago,my cameras where installed on Sunday.. I messaged late on Sunday evening with a query, presuming I would hear back on Monday, i in fact had a reply within minutes! The seller couldn’t have been more helpful and sorted out my query without delay. I even received some extra goodies as a very kind, over and above gesture. The cameras themselves are fantastic, easy to install and have great images. The box came full with everything you need and more, even a choice of white or black camera covers. The app is easy to download from the QR code that pops up on your monitor during setup. I am so happy i choose to purchase the Brena security system. Value for money, customer service and a great product this really deserves 5 star plus.

We have fitted CCTV before, we found this very easy, but perhaps due to previous experience, but also the instructions are excellent - not the typical badly translated rubbish you can't really understand, someone has taken the time to do it properly. The kit itself looks great, excellent attention to detail, including a branded memory stick for easy transfer/downloading file. Nice surprise to find a keyring too. Excellent value for money. Highly recommended

I purchased these cameras after reading the reviews and was impressed by the face recognition feature. They arrived on time and everything was in the box as it says. Very easy to set up but with me being heavy handed I broke one of the camera leads I contacted the support email address on there website asking if I can purchase a new lead as it was my fault also if it could be a longer lead. I got a very swift response say that they would send me 2 leads with connectors to join them together so I had a longer lead. I was also told it would be free of charge. 2 days later they both come and problem solved. Very good quality day and night, face recognition works as it should and excellent support from the support team. Would strongly recommend.

It’s taken a while to get these professional installed. But they are amazing. And absolutely outstanding customer service.Seller is totally recommended and the product is too!!

This product was purchased to replace a much older system. I had concerns that it seemed too cheap. All my concerns were unfounded. The system is an exact replacement for something I paid four times the price for. A hard copy instruction booklet made installation very easy for a technophobe like me. Far better than the usual weblink/robot method. The clarity of the video is superb and getting to work on my phone was easy. The system does a lot more than I have utilised so far but I no longer have the 'camera system replacement' fear and will learn all it has to offer. I recommend this system very highly indeed.

What can I say . After looking for good cctv for my mum as she was getting trouble from her ex partner. I did the check up for best one I could find I had a budget an was very unsure. This one seems to tick all boxes but was cheaper then I expected. Anyway after setting all up I think my mum made a mistake. So I messaged emailed the company then they sent me a WhatsApp group to join . Long story short the rang me up and help me undo what my mum had done it really is easy set up just make sure you have good internet coverage. Fantastic company and I will coming back for my house

The system comes with everything needed to setup, including hdmi, internet cable, cctv sign for your property and even an 8gb usb to backup footage.The manual is very easy to follow as it is an a3 size with picture descriptions rather than small fine print that you cant read.The app is also easy to setup, all you have to do is scan the QR code from the DVR setup and your good to go.I was unsure when buying as my husband and I had no idea on how these are installed but we did not struggle at all because the website also has video tutorials for you to follow which made it even easier
