This text is important because of the mystery of the melanin production in the brain and the fact that it is also associated with the color of one's skin. Because of that latter fact, little is ever written or taught about this human function that all of us have. This work is an eye-opener for medical personnel and for everyday readers.

I like how this book explains the science and power behind melanin. It is a great read for all people.

This definitely isn't the best book I've read about melanin, but it will do and does impart some good information. However, there are better books out there, such as The Melanin Diet by Deanne Meningall.However, this book does offer some useful information if you're interested in learning about melanin.
