Adds a whole new dimension to the skull craze.
I love the detail in this mold. Well made. No voids. No thin spots.As with all molds, the first thing I did was fill it with water and measured the amount of resin I would need at 9 ounces.I got a good look out of what I was doing. Not exactly what I was going for but close.First I watched the video that shows the young lady brushing the mica in the mold. I thought that was a great idea but it obviously won't stick to the mold so I kept re-brushing it until it started to set. That was about 40 minutes.Then I mixed my black background and put it in the vacuum chamber for 9 minutes. During this time I continued to brush the copper/green mica into the crevasses. I poured the black very slowly as there are many undercuts in this mold so I was trying not to trap any air.It started having a reaction from the warm, black resin to the nearly set colored resin. I thought I may have ruined it but as you can see, it seemed to spread out the color while still giving a decent black accent to it. The teeth came out exceptional.The electric tea candle works well with it.My daughter wants to have a plane white one made so she can paint it herself. Not a bad idea. I can get that done for her.We really like this mold and recommend it. This will be a great addition for the Halloween decorations as well. I may try an orange kind of thing. Get one and let your imagination come alive!.....well, you know what I mean. :)

Smaller then expected
I thought this would be bigger. Once used with epoxy it preformed like a epoxy mold should but it's not very big so finished product will not hold a lot.Bit spend for a small mold but it will do for now.

Flawed
My daughter was finally able to try this mold that I bought her. When removing the mold she discovered a flaw in one on the eyes. It is a raised oval that leaves a definite flaw in the finished product. Not sure whether to return or exchange as I’m not sure if this flaw was just a fluke or if it’s like that across the board.

Beautiful but torn. Stuck to indentation for the cup and torn.
Molds well but sticks. I thought it was finally coming loose when it torn, and now my mold is ruined and I only got to use it twice.
