It was an exact match to the original as far as the fan goes. The 3 wires were loose. By loose i mean they were not bound together by anything. Just the plug on one end and then the fan on the other. I noticed my one connect box gets pretty hot and the original had the wires in some heat shrink tubing. So I kinda grabbed a 3" piece of tubing that was just bug enough to get the clip thru, slid it down about halfway and shrunk it. In relation to my one connect, that is pretty much right where the heat sinks are located so I figured if any where, that'd be the spot. Plus, helps keep the wires somewhat organized being in the middle. Also, the sticker on it that typically states the voltage, mAh and wattage etc. did not have any information on it at all. And its about 25% larger than the plastic circle it was stuck on. So I removed that. If nothing else it was covering some of the fan area. And I could hear it in a year from now when its dried up and tears or something and an edge of it dips into the blades. Tick tick tick tick every blade...no one wants that. Gone. But, the fit was right. The wiring was right. The clip/plug end was right. It's quiet. And best of all, my TV is no longer telling me that the fan isnt operating properly and shutting down on its own. 6 screws. Some wiggling. 2 screws holding the fan. Back the way it came apart. Done.

The connector was a direct fit for my Samsung TV. The only bad thing was that the wire was a little shorter than the stock fan and I had to route it differently than the original. But the TV is working great again!

The red and blue wires were reversed compared to my original fan. So I had to swap them in order for the fan to spin the proper direction (yes it matters). (The pic was taken after I swapped them around). I used an exacto knife to lift up on the locking tabs on the connector to gently pull the wires out and swap them around. On another note: I thought* I was going to have to cut and splice my wires like one person did due to the fact the plug isn't the same. The old plug is designed to holster 4 wires, even though only 3 spots are used and the new plug is 3 wires only and is smaller. It turns out the new plug snaps right in like it was made for it. You have to be careful to have the plug pushed to one side of the receptacle to the same pins that were in use with your old plug. One connect box model#: BN91-14846E OEM fan model#: KDB04112HB

Getting cooling fan error on Samsung tv with one connect box. First one came with the shipping box smashed and product broken. Replacement arrived and installed it. No more error and fan runs perfectly.

Was not a direct fit when it came to the plug. You have to cut off the plug on this one and splice it. Then with the broken fan, you will need to cut off that plug and splice it as well. Then wire up this new fan to the old plug and it will work

Saved me a lot of money for repairs!
