Does the cotton liner rest on the forehead or is it the EMF protective liner that touches the skin of the the forehead?

The cotton liner is used to maintain the shape of the cap and we place that inside, so the shielding fabric will touch the skin of the forehead.

Seller: in some places this item says 100% cotton, then you post the hat contains polyester. which is it?

Thank you for your query. The outer layer (black) of the cap is made of 100% cotton. The inner layer of cap made of radiation shielding silver fabric which contains silver and polyester. Hope this helps. Thanks!

What is the Silver %?

Thank you for your query. It is at least 10% silver in the shielding fabric.

Does this actually just capture EMF's that come from below your head (ie laptops) and trap them under the hat?

No, it wont because the body ( skin, bone and organs) will absorb most of wireless energy. This is why we want to shield to reduce a point of contact from the wireless energy.
