I ordered it for my dad who has had heart surgery and the anticoagulants cause severe constipation. We keep on rotating his laxatives to cancel out the ill effects of habit forming ingredients. He absolutely loves this one as it makes his feel light with only a half tablespoon at night with warm water. Also, it can be used by anyone as the ingredients are all clean. It contains senna so it shouldn't be taken everyday as it can impact your kidney function. Limited use recommended but be rest ensured that your needs will be met. Will purchase again for sure. Must have in your pantry.
