Great product, I use this everyday and mix it into my morning fruit smoothie. Keeps me going til lunch time and then another blast for dinner.

I liked the capsules better but can't find them anywhere. This works the same. You get used to the taste (slightly bitter).

I have had 3 bottles and the product works great! Just a boost to your weight loss journey. You do have to get acquired to the taste, but it works if you take it. I do about a capful three times a day.

I had a co-worker rave to me about this product curbing her appetite without stimulants, so I decided to give it a try. I felt no effect whatsoever. I followed the directions and tried it for a solid week, but it was not for me. The taste was not horrible, but it wasn't good either. I would say it's tolerable.

I loved this product. After about 3 weeks of consistently using it I started to notice the difference in my core area.It really works!

So far i have not seen any results / benefits. I’m doing 2oz each morning on an empty stomach. Might up it to 2-3 times daily.
