Amazing!!! This was recommended me years ago by a PT and chiropractor for a natural muscle relaxant that I could tolerate better than Flexeril. I have a highly sensitive system, it is 100% natural,homeopathic and works absolutely perfectly when you first take it. Be aware it might make you a little tired or sleepy because it does have valeriana( Valerian root) and Passaflora( passion flower) both of which can make you very relaxed or possibly sleepy. It almost immediately helps me with muscle spasms when when they are causing me pain and inmobility. It does have a strong smell, which they tell you about on the bottle. There are instructions to take it slightly differently according to what you need it for. This is coming from a person that cannot tolerate a regular low-dose of 10 mg of Flexeril.😬.I was in a lot of pain recently with muscle spasms and cramping in various parts of my spine and neck andI couldn’t remember the name of it and little by little searching for a natural remedy; It popped up and I remembered the name began with a number and lo and behold it was available on Amazon. Decent price; I don’t remember exactly what I paid in the Dr.’s office, but it was close to the same amount and that was well over five years ago! I've had major surgery in my C1/C2 (tumor removal) and the lingering effects are fairly strong muscle spasms in the neck area. I have also torn my lumbar muscles on occasion because I'm physically in my 50's but mentally in my 30's. 🙄 All of that made for sleepless nights & OTC sleep aides.Methocarbamol has been my go-to for a few years & I wanted a natural alternative, plus I wanted off the sleep aides. Reviews pointed to this product & it has really worked! It does exactly as it claims based dosage rate, and it also serves as my sleep aid. I'm not a complete holistic believer & research a TON before trying something. This one is good, because I've also noticed a definitive calming feel throughout the day. I am in perimenopause, and I could not rest! I had restless legs; I would be exhausted but my body would jump as soon as I got to sleep. I found these pills from a previous visit I had with a homeopathic nurse. At the time, I didn't see a difference, but now, for my restless legs, I could not be without them! After taking for about a week my nightly leg cramps were almost completely gone. However the reason for only 4 stars is the price. You can find the same ingredients in much cheaper products that work just as well if you do a little digging around.

Formula 303 is a great alternative to harmful anti-inflammatories like tylenol, alleve or advil. Give it about a day to take affect. i have used them for knee pain and they work great!

Just order my second bottle. I use it to basically go to sleep and it helps a lot.
