The media could not be loaded.  This faucet is our favorite in the house. We love the automatic feature, the sensor works well even with our three children. It was easy to install and fit well on our single hole sink.

My grandkids love it because it's easy to wash their hands, I like it because it saves on our water bill. So there is a slight adjustment curve to ensure your water is the right temperature, but, this is a great purchase. Wow factor, we had a party and our guests loved it.

The media could not be loaded.  Just received today. Faucet came with several deep scratches. So that tells me that someone else already returned it or that it is something that will easily scratch, either way, big disappointment since I paid for a new item. I did read other reviews about the water splashing everywhere and I adjusted accordingly. My biggest issue is that the sensor sit a little too high up to even activate it. My hands need to be above my sink ledge to activate the sensor causing water to splash everywhere. I put a towel to help absorb the water and as you can see from my video, I rang way too much water from the towel. I wanted to like this so bad and I needed a touchless sensor because of my hand issues but I may have to look for a different style or one shorter with a spout near my sink ledge as this one is too far up and back and I don't think I can be wringing out towels daily. I read the following review from someone else and I couldn't agree more. "The faucet is a nice looking faucet, but sensor is in the wrong position or place. Your hands have to be close to the spout for it to work! Causing water to splash everywhere out of the sink. Sensor needs to be lower, so you can have your hands lower to wash. The water is suppose to go in the sink, not on top of the counter!" That review said it all mate. :)

hated it. really sensitive water came on strong and stopped abruptly. water splashed everywhere. small window for sensing hands

The media could not be loaded.  So easy to install. The reviews that say it splashed back allI did was turn down my water valve. Excuse the fact I hadn’t added the matching drain yet.
