Best melatonin out there.
I love this product. I don’t know why I would’ve ever tried something cheaper in an effort to save money. The taste of the new product I purchased makes me gag. I will never again leave Vitamatic. Sorry I ever left them. I’m not sure I can use this inferior product until my Vitamatic gets here. Lesson learned!

I don't suggest...
Was taking 5 - 12mg of CVS store brand quick dissolve melatonin tablets with no problem. These 60mg do not dissolve quickly and they make me very nauseated and sick.

Certainly not recommended.
I munch the tabs like candies and still remain awake the entire night tossing and turning.
