PRODUCT IS USED AND FROM GOODWILL!!!!!

The packaging was old, battered and dirty. The connector is not for contemporary iPhones, instead it is the old headphone jacks. Definitely returning. It’s useless to me.

Just received this Kinsa Smart Stick thermometer from Amazon. Took a couple of hours to learn that it is: 1.) discontinued by Kinsa and has been for several years, 2.) cannot be set up on any iPhone because the app necessary to do so is "...currently not available in your country or region." So the device cannot be used (unless, I guess, you already had a "not available" app on your phone). It is remarkably misleading for Amazon to continue to offer this product for sale. Kinsa now has a bluetooth thermometer, but Amazon evidently doesn't sell it. I have ordered it directly from Kinsa and am hopeful that it will be operable. Another bad online experience. I should learn.

TOO COMPLICATED TO SET UP ON MY PHONE...….CAN'T USE THE THING

Requires another part or adapter- which did not come with the thermometer.Return window has expired!🙁

Product came incomplete, so it is not able to connect with the app. When I contacted the company for help I was told they no longer make this product and could not service it. Product can’t be used.

This was advertised as comparable with iPhones larger than 6S. Not. I am returning it.
