Mary Poppins Returns: The Songs [VINYL]

Mary Poppins is my childhood favorite from 1964. Julie Andrews will always be Mary Poppins. I had some reservations about Mary Poppins Returns but they did a fantastic job, and the soundtrack is great!

Plays well and was the item that I expected to get. If you've seen the movie, you already know the music you'll get.

Wonderful film and utterly beautiful music. Every single song is a gem. I never thought the music could live up to the songs from the first film, but it's every bit as beautiful. I've been waiting for the vinyl edition since the film came out, so I ordered it as soon as I saw it was available. Sadly, while the music is sublime, the vinyl edition is such a let down in terms of packaging and design. It's a single disc, with only the songs(none of the instrumental score). Also, there is no inlay or lyric sheet. No booklet with photos from the film. Just the LP inside a bog-standed white paper sleeve. The artwork is exactly the same as the CD edition. I'm shocked that they've saddled this stunning music with such a half-hearted package.Ultimately, it's the music that counts though, and you certainly won't be disappointed on that score!

Love the album but the hole in the center of the record would not fit the record player, and I had to cut a bit off before it would play. YouTube video and two minutes later the vinyl was playing.
