I 100% recommend this product.
So after doing some research I decided to go with Norton AntiVirus software and bought it from Amazon because it was cheaper and I was getting 3 months extra totalling 15 months. Now I know the price has gone up but I got it when it was at ยฃ17.99. Then when I installed it all I got a free upgrade for the remainder of my subscription, and later that day I got another free upgrade for the remainder of my subscription. So I am now on the highest subscription level which is supposed to be ยฃ149.99 for 12 months and I got it for ยฃ17.99 for 15 months. I also get 300GB of cloud storage.I will set a calendar reminder to cancel the Auto-renew in December 2026 as I have to keep the auto-renew active to get some of the extra benefits, but this is an absolute bargain. I will definitley be keeping an eye out for deals and getting it off amazon again.I've read that Norton is not as user friendly as other anti virus software but once you have a look around the software, it is easy to understand and navigate.I 100% recommend this product, especially if you get upgraded for free and get it at half the price.

Great product but watch out for the renewal cost!
Norton Antivirus is a standout product in the realm of cybersecurity, offering a robust and comprehensive defence against many online threats. Its reliable and effective for computers and mobile devices looking for protection. One of the most striking features of Norton Antivirus is its user-friendly interface. From the moment you install the software. The dashboard is easy to navigate, making it accessible even for those who are not particularly tech-savvy. Important features and functions are clearly labelled and easily accessible, allowing users to quickly run scans, update their software, and manage settings with no effort. The interface ensures it is protecting your computer from viruses and other online threats. It is important to note that while the initial purchase price of Norton Antivirus may be quite reasonable, the renewal cost after one year can be significantly higher. For many users, this renewal fee is expensive. It is crucial to be aware of this cost and cancel straight away.

I CHOSE NORTON - AGAIN
I have now used this product for 4/5yrs consequtively and found it reliable. It provides all the options I require including a VPN - very useful for mobile as I have to use open networks frequently. I considered changing, because my pc does slow at times because Norton is busy, but it still represents a good choice - giving 10 products protection across various platforms at a reasonable cost. Auto-renewal is a bit naughty - turning it off is straightforward though.

Decent Protection
Norton has always got the basics right - good protection that is effective and quite thorough. The app is easy to install and runs well in the background, and I also appreciated the identity features (however limited is available with only Premium, you need Advanced for full identity protection). Customer Service via phone is also good if required. The VPN also works well if you are on a public WiFi network, however, it does slow down your connection a little meaning I don't use while at home as it's not necessary. However, I cannot ignore the amount of advertisements that you receive as notifications which often get in the way and are quite annoying, I seem to have kept them under control. Despite this, the notifications for protection are more intrusive and can disrupt everyday operations. Moreover, the renewal price direct with Norton is ridiculous at over ยฃ100 compared to the sign-up ยฃ18, so it is a small hassle to have to purchase from Amazon a new package each year or so. Norton have also got a lot stricter on deals and discounts recently, much worse offers than I've had in the past 5 years or so meaning I had to reduce from Advanced to Premium protection. Still a great protection product but going slowly downhill and improvements could be made.

Please do yourself a favour and run, don't walk, from this new version of Norton.
I've happily used this product for many years. Sadly, this is no longer the case. In the last few weeks, Norton have completely revamped the product resulting in a great steaming mess that is close to unusable.I will mention just one of numerous disaster areas - quarantine.- A significant number of old items on my PC have now been "identified" as suspect and moved, without my consent, into quarantine.- It is, apparently, no longer possible to export Norton's history, nor is it possible to search within quarantine so I have to scroll through the list of 4,223 it has incorrectly quarantined to find a file.- I can then choose to either restore it to its original location or a new one. However, it doesn't matter which I choose I get the twee "Whoops, error occurred", with no indication as to what the error was. (In keeping with new, improved Norton, there isn't an entry in History - other than the over 200 entries timed "A moment ago" reminding me of my home network.)(As an added bonus, many of the "identified" files were inside zip files, so I can't even directly search for missing files.)So, I still have Norton installed (in the faint hope that I can recover my stuff from Quarantine), while living in dread that it's randomly going to decide to quarantine thousand more files.
