Bed got delivered quite fast in a good condition.

Poor quality control …small but glaring deficiencies..
The media could not be loaded. First of all, the package does not have even single sheet of paper to show how to assemble this patient bed. Actually I expected a small booklet. After fixing, I now find that a vital bolt ( pl see video ) does not have a hole to insert a clip to hold the rod underneath the bed. There are two hooks like metal objects that came in the box ( see image). But I am unable to understand where they need to be fixed. And above all, the whole package does not carry even a telephone number where I can contact a person to seek help. Small issue for the company, but vital for a new consumer. The company only uses a high sounding brand name “KRAFT“ for its product. While they later sent the missing bolt, I later found a rusted part beneath, while fixing the missing bolt ! I never expected rusted rod in an important location which takes weight. I assume it is not wrong to expect some minimum standard from these suppliers in these competing times. The revealing rusted part made me to lose confidence in the product.

Screws and instruction booklet missing
No instruction booklet is provided to help with the installation. On top of that screws were missing. It was painful to assemble. Definitely not worth it. BE WARE of it BefORe you buy it !!!!!!!!
