Great if you have enough space on your desk to place mat without touching any object. If corners touch anything, it will curl from side. If it can be laid totally flat, great!

I purchased this as I have been having issues with my wrist and decided to try some support, the wrist support is great, perfect height, not too hard and not too soft, however, my mouse just wouldn’t move well on the mat, it was jerky and unusable, I also found that it didn’t sit flat on the desk. I considered returning the product but as I liked the support in the end I just cut the mat part off and it is now fit for purpose for me.
