PORTA-HANG Portable Hangboard Training Set

I bought the 6 piece training set and immediately I noticed a disappointing detail, the holds are not mirrored. If you look at a standard, one-piece hangboard you can see that all the holds are mirrored and symmetrical. With these holds it's like I got a pair of shoes with 2 right feet, it feels weird and makes the use of the holds less practical. For the price, I would expect the design to have more foresight.Another thing to note is that the padding is not included even though it is shown in one of the product photos.

Discovered this product after successfully getting targeted by Instagram ads and have loved it ever since. It feels a lot safer than the traditional bars that either look like a bathroom shower curtain pole or you've got to screw it in walls and you end up ripping it once you hang onto it. Easy to install, everything pretty much speaks for itself and set up is quite easy.I would deduct 1/2 star for the organization of how they packed the tools with its holds. It was a bit confusing because I assumed that they all have the same parts - and its not the case. The tool baggies could be labeled to its respective hold. I figured it out after 20 mins (my first purchase came with only one hold so maybe thats the other reason why I was a bit underprepared).That 1/2 star deduction is so minute to me because thats really the only complaint I have with this product. There is squeaking as a previous consumer stated, but if you're doing pull-ups properly, the portahang shouldn't be making so much noise once you've loaded the hang.+ Packaging overall is 9/10 - with very minimal plastic+ They've updated their product to cover more of a range of door frame sizes and the hold is much lighter than what they initially used when first launching (I love both, really).+ The bag they provide for storage feels like really tough canvas (maybe burlap?) and makes the portability even easier.9.5/10, I highly recommend this product for work-from-home workout enthusiasts.
