Ohaus 72212664 CS2000 Compact Scale, 2000g Capacity and 1g Readability

These are nice scales,I have 4 in my commercial kitchen. Very accurate and reliable. I only gave it a 5 star since I have Had 2 fail but lots of hard use in our kitchen and they could have been dropped or gotten wet. One was returned with hassel free replacement.

I worked in the scale business as a technician and service manager for 45 years, so I am very familiar with the Ohaus product line. When I decided to purchase this scale from Amazon, Ohaus was the only brand I considered. It is perfect for my needs, and I certainly would recommend other Ohaus scales and balances to anyone interested in purchasing a scale. Please note that it would be a good idea to purchase the appropriate calibration weight to go along with this scale: it requires a 1KG weight, and the calibration process is extremely quick and easy. very disappointed weights change constantly no consistency at all

Ohaus is the baus. Portable and accurate. Lasts long.Just wished it zeroed a little faster.

This scale works as expected. No problems. I use it for measuring all kinds of lightweight objects and like that it is durable.

Finally, an accurate home scale. After trying several cheaper kitchen scales, I looked to a company that makes industrial/scientific scales. I used Ohaus scales for years in a chemical lab and I'm glad I finally found this one for home use.

I have owned alot of kitchen scales over the years, but this is the last one I will ever bother purchasing. Once calibrated with the 1,000 gram weight purchased separately, it provides flawless measurement. It's the first scale I have ever owned that I trusted down to the gram.
