Exacelente calidad precio mejor de lo que esperaba, el diseño queda muy bien definido me encantoooooooo.Llegó antes de tiempo muy empacado por el vendedor y la marcaSolo como sugerencia este tipo de moldes con diseño se usa con spray desmoldante o una mezcla de desmoldante si no sera imposible que salga el panqué , lo comento por experiencia por si alguien momlo sabe....

A well-made cake pan that makes beautiful cakes
We bought this cake pan to make mince pies with the shell shape for Christmas. First we tried them for madeleine cakes and they came out perfect from our fan oven, no burning and with a super light sponge texture.The pan is very well-made of thick steel with a non-stick finish. It was easy to use and clean and had just enough weight to feel strong yet not so thick as to be a burden. The shell impressions are fairly deep and so produce great madeleines; the test will be the mince pies!

Bonne qualité
Après avoir hésité plusieurs mois à acheter ce moule à madeleines, en raison du prix et parce que je ne connaissais pas la marque, mon avis est plus que positif. Les empreintes sont de bonne dimension pour faire des madeleines de taille standard ou à peine plus petites selon le remplissage (cf photo, remplies aux 3/4), le démoulage est aisé, la forme des madeleines adorable, et le nettoyage se fait sans problème . Ce moule est de bonne qualité. Un achat très satisfaisant !
