I HATE the standard Fitbit chargers, the watch always slips slightly off so you leave it on the charger and it’s a 50:50 chance it’s actually charging. The worst part is that if you try to check if it’s charging, you now have a 50:50 chance that you just caused it to stop charging. This lets you see that it’s charging with much less risk of moving it off the contacts.

I had to replace me charger so ordered this one. It works well with my fitbit. As with my original charger, you have to make sure all of the pins are connected for it to start charging. It works well and I would recommend purchasing it.

I wish the stand was a little taller. It is only about 2.2" tall. The fitbit doesn't always connect perfectly and has to be adjusted to make sure it is charging. I don't like when I set the fitbit on it, and then it seems to move so slightly and an hour later, I discover that it hasn't been charging. I adjust it a little and then it works fine.

I bought this for my Fitbit 5. I love it but the Fitbit is not keeping a charge. And I tried everything.

This charger stand is way smaller than I expected, almost a toy really. It's all plastic with no weight in the base so picking up the watch means the charger comes with you unless you are careful to remove the watch from it first. It does the job of charging the watch but it certainly doesn't feel like a nice piece of equipment, nor does it make me want to buy it again. It's the bare minimum you could expect for this kind of thing. Cheap and poorly made but just enough to make it feasible to keep it and use it.

Tried this one for my spouse because the charging dock/stand I have my watch is no longer sold by Amazon. Got this one and it is: very short (the watch band does not fit well), cheap plastic (weighs next to nothing and felt flimsy) and worst of all the watch keeps falling off of the charging connection! Disappointed and returned it immediately!

So much easier then the cord it came withLive that it doesn't just "hang" off the cord. Worth the money!

the regular fitbit charger wasn't charging my fitbit anymore, this works perfectly.
