works great and able to adjust the temp for harder wood

This wood burner is ok. It gets really hot, even on the lowest setting and has tendency to spark. I plan on purchasing another one, since this one seems like a fire hazard. I will only use at the lowest setting and only for a very short amount of time. I wouldn't recommend.

The main body is very substantial. The burning handle and pin seems well made. The burning tip is hard and does not bend when using. The handle comfortable and is very easy to use. I am impressed with the quality of the burning unit.

Have no dislikes at all this is a great piece easy to use. Would have liked an assortment of tips but for the price I love it

It worked the first time. I used it about 20 minutes. Just trying it out. Second time it did nothing. Did not heat up. Light came.on.- that was all.

Ok this Noah Pyrography Tool Wood Burning Station is smoke’n hot pun intended.It heats up fast and the power supply unit is HEAVY which is a sign of POWER and the ability to keep that tip consistently hot (unlike amateur wood burners).The tips (4 included) are for fine and detail oriented art. Basically you stand a better chance of making art with this level of burner over the kids toy, fat bulky tip. They lose type cannot stay hot enough to keep a decent line going without having to wait for the heat to catch up.For most, wood burning is a hobby but if you keep at it you can make some money with it (I recently saw a young artist who had a booth in an art village where she worked on art and custom requests and makes a living).I love the silicon pad it comes with for the hot tip it and the simple metal stand works well but it’s not the folding one as shown in the original pictures.Get in the habit of using these protective items so your not burning the family heirloom dining table.This wood burner is comfortable to hold and presents accurate control of heat and handling.I would recommend some type of smoke eater or fume eater so you don’t get your eyes tired from the smoke and they pull the smoke away from your view of what your doing.We recommend the burner set and coming from my art college trained wife with many decades of working in different medias, she loves it! We hope you will too.

This wood burning kit is great if you want to, well burn wood. It's a very simple device, basically just heat it up and get to work, carefully, as this this does get hot. It does take practice to use it and get the results you need, so be ready to put in that practice. It does heat up and cool down quickly, under a minute for each! Not a bad wood burning station if you want to get started.
