Incredibly informative. More numbers than you can even understand. It's super simple. Open the app first (important to activate Bluetooth sync), step on the scale, wait 5 seconds for the measurements to be made, hear the chime, and you've captured the information you want. It's great in so many ways, but most importantly because it's so detailed, you can see progress on multiple dimensions. This is the second one I've bought in 1 year, they both work, but I wanted an extra one for travel. Highly recommend, already have, friends and family use it too when they visit with their own profiles.

The digital scale works well and connects to my iPhone with ease. The weight and other parameters such as BMI can be tracked using a dedicated app but also show up on the scale display when weighing. While the weight seems to be quite accurate the rest of the readings are just an estimate using some kind of predictive models, thus I would not give too much weight to these (pun intended), but they are fairly consistent. The scale itself is sleek and looks very nice and modern. The app functions very well, it saves your data and plots it for ease of tracking. It also allows you to set goals and reports on your progress. You can also add other users and track their weight, which is what I do for my kids. The great thing is that all the readings also get recoded in the health app which is great if you use your apple health and fitness apps. The app connects via Bluetooth so it has be on and your phone has to be in the vicinity of the scale for the readings to get recorded. I only had one time when the app would not connect to the scale but that was resolved by turning the scale off and back on, and I have not had this issue since. I really enjoy this scale and I think it is a good scale to track your weight and set goals for weight loss as well as for weight gain if you are trying to build muscles. I would buy it again and recommend it to others.

Once you get it to work, it's fantastic. SETUP NOTE IS BELOW. I'm coming off of a traditional, weight-only scale. I upgraded because I wanted some idea of the other biomarkers, but also because I didn't want to keep entering the data into Apple Health (not to mention, Apple Health doesn't calculate BMI automatically, so that's another like 3 steps I wanted to avoid). I know, the biomarker data I get from a ~$20-25.00 scale is not going to be 100% accurate, but it's close enough to give me an idea when comparing against other numbers. The bluetooth connectivity on this scale is top notch. Just two steps to add it to the app, and the app automatically updates Apple Health with all of the biomarkers for me. It can accomodate up to something like 400#, so good for most people. (Should be good for literally all people, so maybe some incentive if you're above that.) I found this scale consistently says I'm ~.6-1# /lighter/ than my other electronic scale did. They're both digital, it's a black box how they measure weight, but I choose to believe the old scale has been overestimating my weight for the past few years. I absolutely have privacy concerns about sharing my data with faceless companies who are aggregating it and selling it. I share as little personal data as I can, ever. So before I purchased, I downloaded the app and confirmed you can use it without an account (no account, no uploads, all data stored locally on your device). This is without a doubt THE reason I purchased this one. I already returned competitor items that didn't have local-only functionality without apology. Also, if you do create an account-- there's the option to fully delete it. HOWEVER, to get the app to work properly and measure all of the biomarkers other than weight and height, there is an involved process. I discuss that below. All in all, I think the scale is just great. Especially for the price. ===SETUP NOTES=== For some reason, when I first used the app out-of-the-box with local only ("Guest") settings, it would only take my weight (and calcualte BMI). It consistently said it could not read my other metrics. I tried everything to support conductivity between the pads and my feet to no avail. I even tried other people, same result. I finally got it working, and I'm not sure if this is the answer for everyone but this is what worked for me. 1. Download app, login to guest mode, find and install scale. 2. On the Home Screen, click the far right selector "Me" 3. Click "Settings", Set "Auto Detect Nearby Devices" to "Off" 4. Back to home screen, select scale. Stand on scale and take measurement (don't forget to put your phone down nearby) 5. After the measurement you should get all results. If you get "If impedance is not detected y the scale, certain metrics such as body fat (%) will not be measured and recorded. Click here for assistance." continue on. 6. Home Screen > "Me" > "Account" 7. Log out of Guest Account, Create new account. 8. Create an account using dummy data, login. NOTE: You do need to verify your email address, so make sure you can access whichever one you use. Maybe use a plus address for ease. 9. Return to the home screen, select scale. Stand on the scale and take a measurement. You may or may not see the impedenace alert again. Ignore it. 10. Home Screen > "Me" > "Account" 11. Settings > Delete Account 12. Confirm account deletion (IIRC there was a confirmation for that too. Maybe email, maybe password?) 13. App should auto-logout, login again as guest. You should see your previous weight only data on the app. 14. From the home screen, select scale. Stand on the scale and take a measurement. After the reading, I got a chime and all measurements were taken. Hope this helps others looking to use this fantastic scale without sending their data away.

I bought this to track my progress and my wife's progress through our fitness goals. As a competing strength athlete and a person building a fitness/wellness business, I have found this scale to be very useful in the few weeks I have been using it personally and very simple to understand. The only issue I have had was the initial Bluetooth pairing of my phone, but that could have been some user error. My wife had much less trouble than I did. Great scale.

Wonderful Scale! Has just what I need. Couldn’t get one with more options because of my knee replacement but it does the job. Easy to read and good looking. I use it in the living room because my bathroom is too small. This is easy to carry there and I just usually keep it in the box so I don’t trip over it. The size is perfect and it’s easy to keep clean because the top is glass. I do a weigh in every Monday and my app takes care of all the statistics. If you want a generally basic scale this is perfect!

I have had this scale for 3 years and it still works great. App is user friendly. Great for weight and BMI tracking. I love that you don't have to join some subscription or pay for an app to use this. The App is free and awesome. Just bought a second one for my mom today and realized I didn't review it initially. Highly recommended. The price point is surprising considering how well it works with the app.

I bought this scale because I went to a chiropractor's office and they had one there. They showed me how to it can Bluetooth the information when you stand on the scale to your smartphone. I love it. It doesn't only tell you your weight. It tells you, your BMI and all this other information that no other scale would tell you. This is even better information than you get from going to the doctor's office scale. It's very easy to clean paired the display is beautiful. The battery life lasts a long time. The size is perfect. It's very easy to read it, but the information really goes to your phone. It is really a great scale. My daughter used it a couple times at my house, then she bought one for herself because she said it was awesome. I highly recommend it

Une fois configurée, les mesures sont enregistrées automatiquement et permettent de suivre facilement l’évolution du poids dans le temps. L’application fournit également de nombreuses estimations comme l’IMC, la masse grasse, musculaire ou l’eau corporelle. Je les considère surtout comme des indicateurs de tendance plutôt que comme des mesures médicales précises, mais c’est pratique pour suivre son évolution. La balance elle-même est sobre, compacte et le plateau en verre est facile à nettoyer. Je l’utilise régulièrement et je n’ai rencontré aucun problème. Simple, fiable et très pratique au quotidien.

Ottima bilancia smart, precisa e semplice da utilizzare. Il design in vetro temperato è elegante e si integra bene in qualsiasi ambiente. Tramite l'app collegata via Bluetooth permette di monitorare diversi parametri tra cui BMI, grasso corporeo, massa muscolare e BMR, rendendo facile tenere sotto controllo i propri progressi. La sincronizzazione è velocissima e i dati sono chiari e ben organizzati. Ne ho già un'altra uguale e la utilizzo frequentemente, quindi posso dire che è un prodotto affidabile e con un ottimo rapporto qualità-prezzo. Mi ci sono trovato molto bene. Consigliata.
