Good quality, sender sucks

Good makeup, great quality. Twice I've ordered it and haven't received one of two that I ordered and most recently I got my order and I received one of the two I ordered but the other one I just got the bottom half of the plastic it comes in, no lid and no makeup, just half the plastic packaging.
