These are a revelation. They are easy to use. Long enough to get right down into that drain and do a great job clearing clogs. The spiky little tips catch all the hair and gunk and work so well. They are a little tight getting in and out of the sink drain but they flex well and work! I have used them on sink and shower drains and that has saved a fortune. They look skinny and flimsy but they are stronger than I initially thought.

I don’t have any pictures to show you, you can look at the other customer review pictures and this is exactly what happens. We had a drain that was clogged and we had thought we had it cleaned up, but I bought one of these and after two turns down the drain, it pulled out so much stuff. I don’t even understand how there was so much stuff down there. This thing was super easy to use super effective and it stayed together long enough for us to pull everything out. The drain now drains! Which was the whole point of buying this. So 100% would suggest anyone who is having a clogged drain problem probably from here get one of these and have it on hand! Works perfectly.

So simple to use, and works extremely well! The instructions are clear and simple, it pulls out a huge amount of hair and grime, yes it will be hairy and black with grime, its gross and yeti made me sp happy to clear out that drain so easily and quickly, its perfect for homeowners and renters as well. We don't like using the chemical drain clearing products which are extremely dangerous, stick badly and have to be used too often because they really don't clear everything out. This products is fast, virtually stand, doesn't stink, really pulls the hair out and costs less than use, plus you donlt risk damaging your pipes with caustic chemicals, this product is highly recommended. You simply snap the wand into the handle. Then insert in the drain a little bit, and turn the handle Do not just shove it all the way, you could push the clog deeper, simply insert and turn the handle until you feel the resistance stop and then pull it out and the clump of hair along with all the black goop just pulls right out (if you get nothing then insert a little bit deeper and repeat, its obvious and you will understand how to do it instantly), then pull the collar and release the shaft into the garbage can (it will be grimy), so it fits super easy to use, just keep the handle for future use. Its an excellent product that can save a fortune in plumbers bills and avoids the dangerous use of caustic chemicals, so its highly recommended.

I wasn't able to clear the clog in my bathtub drain with a normal drain snake with teeth due to the fact that my tub's drain is at a 90° angle. The teeth of normal drain snakes would get stuck on the drain or the corner of the angle and it was impossible and super frustrating. Draino wouldn't budge it either. After a month of showering in standing water I had enough and gave the Drain Weasel a try. I feel like it saved my sanity. It was a little hard to get it to clear the 90° angle of the drain, but once it did, it pulled out the NASTIEST clump of hair, shampoo, and conditioner I swear I've ever pulled out of a drain (and as a woman with long hair, I've seen a lot of those). It was seriously 6" long and solid. So nasty. The only thing that's kinda gross about the Weasel is that it's a bit of a process to clean the long pieces if you want to re-use them. I used 3 to unclog my drain (probably could've just used 2) and cleaned them. I had to use a few paper towels and get my hands a bit dirty to get the big clumps off the end, then use a tooth brush to really get the last nasty bits off the bristles. If you read the instructions, the ends are actually supposed to be disposable, but they do tell you how to clean it if you want to re-use the pieces, it just kind of takes a long time. Well worth the money in my opinion!!!

This item is AMAZING. Snaked my shower and was very impressed by the reach and the effectiveness. Sort of pricy for what it is - but cheaper than getting a plumber in! No regrets.

This thing is so good. I can't believe I'd never heard of it. My bathroom sink was starting to have a mild smell and I thought I'd either have to buy some powerful Drano or figure out how to disassemble the built-in plunger to clean things out. With this product I just snapped the handle onto the snake piece, put it into the drain, spun it around a couple of times, pulled it out, and bam - all done! A big clump of stuff came out and it was super simple to snap off the snake and dispose of it. The smell has been completely eliminated and I didn't have to use any harsh chemicals that can damage pipes and be hazardous to my health. Thank you for making this!!! This should be a staple in every bathroom, just like a toilet brush or toilet plunger. So simple and essential to keeping your bathroom clean!

One hook was pretty much I needed to clean out the filth in my bathroom sink! At first I did not expect to have much hair and filth clogged in the sink, so I pushed the hook all the way down till it could not go further, rotated the handle a few times and suddenly I felt the tension as I tried to pull up the snake. I thought the hook was not strong enough and worried that it could break. But as soon as I put more force pulling up, the amount of hair captured was beyond astonishing! Used another two hooks to make sure that the drain was clean enough. Overall, a happy purchase! Minimal storage space required!
