I had previously purchased and used the first generation of MISIG and love the product. I decided to purchase the new version due to the weight at the end of the shaft. My shipment got lost during transport and I contacted MISIG and they sent me another one at no charge. As luck would have it, the original showed up later that day and the second one showed up a day later. I have returned the second one on principle! The stretcher is easy to use. It strengthens your shoulder and arms while stretching the muscles. I use it 3 times a week. My swing speed has increase due to the additional length the clubs travel during my golf swing! I recommend the product and love the companies commitment to great customer service!

I am a scratch handicap senior golfer and I do think this device is valuable for increasing shoulder turn by increasing the range of motion of the upper spine and trail shoulder over time. I stretched too much too soon on the opposite side (the lead shoulder) and was sidelined with a painful injury--at least as far as making full swings--for about 2.5 months. Don't let this happen to you! Monitor the distance of your hand travel as best you can and only allow that distance to increase slowly over time. The device may have some swing improvement benefits for some, particularly in terms of feeling more swing width and torso rotation. For me, it is essentially a stretching tool.

I Purchased this item in December, started using it in January. The plastic buckle broke on me I believe February. I sent an email out to the company in May because I had just procrastinated. They replaced the entire strap without question. I am very appreciative of the service they provided me and I will always purchase from sellers who honor their products. I really did not expect a replacement, I was only interested in sharing my experience and adding a comment about the product. 2 thumbs up. Also the product works great. I have been working on my issue with coming over the top. Now that I have made my swing change, it really helps me with my training of coming under and getting that elbow close to the body. However, I want to make it clear that this item did not change my swing. I changed my swing and now trainer helps with practice.

Most of the “stretching” you can get with this device you could get with a broomstick. There is some added value to some strengthening exercises they suggest but I’m yet to see a significant improvement in my driver distance. The video they show on how to use the device is so poorly edited and executed that is practically useless. The illustrations in their website (no “User Manual” provided) are somewhat confusing. Do you use the strap below or above the elbow?, when to switch to a stronger band?, when should you expect to see changes, etc., etc.

Since I am a senior, I've lost some flexibility and golf distance over the years. I purchased this device to help get some additional flexibility in my upper back, arms, and core. To say the least, this device has begun to add some muscle flexibility in my upper back and arms. I started out using the most flexible tube and am now up to the strongest tube. In addition, I started the stretching exercises with about 30 reps, and am now up to 50. I also perform the exercise on both sides, both the backswing and the follow-through. There is another exercise that is being used to provide resistance in the downswing, in which the rod is held by the right hand and the left-hand pulls down. If done properly it imitates the downward action of the left arm and side. The results, so far, are very positive. I have only been out to play golf once in the past month (colder weather) and did not observe any noticeable increase in distance. The tubes appear to be strong enough for exercise, and stable so they do not pull apart from where they are attached to the rod and slide. I do not know if there will be a major increase in any distance, or if it is a dream at this point. But, there is definitely an increase in my flexibility after having used it for the last month.

It did stretch me but I broke to bands in the first hour. I emailed the owner and he shipped me new ones right away

I wish I would have tried this product first. Huge waste of money. Wish I still had the box to send it back. It literally does absolutely nothing for me. Big mistake in buying this. I’ve watched all the videos etc and this product does nothing.

A few days after I purchased this, I saw on their website that it went on sale for a short period of time. I emailed the seller and asked if I could be refunded for the difference between what I paid and the sale price. They refunded me the difference within hours. Incredibly prompt, and they didn't have to do that. Very cool. As for the product, I have used it for a few weeks. I live in the Chicago area and it is February, so I haven't been able to see the results on the golf course or range; but, I can feel my shoulders and hips stretch in all the right spots. Really like this product so far, and I like the customer service even more. Not all sellers are that diligent nowadays.

Very disappointed. I followed all the instructions over some days but no improvement.
