Lighting up the assembly square
We love our lighttailing sets for our modular buildings. The instructions take some getting used to but once you get it it works. the wires hide easily and it gives our lego city so much more life day or night

Headache to install!!
Straight forward installation, looks beautiful!! I've used Lightailing for several kits and they've all been great. I have tried 1 kit from another company and was not pleased at all. Stick with Lightailing, good kits, install is pretty straight forward.

Very Pleased with Results
I just installed today on my son's Assembly Square. It was a bit expensive, but I found the quality and packaging to be top notch. It was a bit of a challenge to install. I think it took about 2 hours, maybe a little less. I followed the YouTube video to install. It was as “easy” as could be expected. I took my time. The wires are very tiny as they have to be and I was very careful. The battery supply is ok, but I ended up connecting it to an iPhone charger plugged into a Wemo switch so I can controller via Alexa, it works as well as any Wemo device. Overall, I am very happy and think it looks great! Well, worth the price as it makes the Lego look very nice. Makes it come alive.

There is no remote
The description (in pic) had two sets of parentheses and I thought the first set indicated what I was buying came with a "(remote control)" and the second set of parentheses that followed stated "(NOT include in Lego set)" which ment the product did not include the R2D2 Lego Set. Additionally, I scrolled the pictures it looked to me like I seen a remote. Once the product came my son told me that there was no remote. I supose what I was looking at in photos was the power box, not a remote control full of little buttons. Son said the directions were very, very bad photographs-as others have reviewed. It took maybe an hour due to the poor photo instructions. It looks marvolus (pic), however, I will be returning this light kit for another that actually has a remote control so he can display it up on a shelf & turn on the lights remotely without having to go through the trouble of taking it down & apart to use the on/off switch. A better discription would have 1 set of parentheses that reads, "(No remote control, or lego set included)"

Quite good kit
Pretty good lighting kit, I like it very much. A kind of "modular" kit, so somehow you are able to separate floors a bit.

Check sets work right after delivery
I have purchased a few other Lighttailing sets before and had really good experiences. I thought I had checked each set before installing but I guess I hadn’t for this one. After installing not all lights work and half my build is in darkness :-( and because I didn’t install it straight after buying the return window is closed. Make sure you check as soon as you buy as the return window is very short.
