It doesn't matter if its legal some places. This is Amazon they sell everywhere! No seller is allowed to even hint that its for those types of mushrooms. Just like they dont sell marijuana paraphernalia. Its not legal everywhere so Amazon doesn't allow it. Somethings slip through the cracks, but if they get caught they get kicked off of Amazon.
