Ease of use
This product is very easy to use as an emergency panel. I have been buying these thru an electrical distributor for years. The price jumped so high I looked for another supplier. From now on this company is now my go to emergency panel supplier. Shipped promptly. The quality was better the expected.

Does the job!
Had a licensed electrician specify this and do the work to install. Tested it by switching control panel from generator to main panel and vice versa. TV didn’t even go off and clocks did not need to be reset. Happy to have a plug in generator to safely power up.

As advertised. Documentation needs a little work but as a former electrician its enough.
My only complaint is that a Ground Lug is not provided in the case. I had to purchase one separate.

Very Heavy and well made
Was impressed with the overall weight of the stock unit. Much heavier gauge housing compared to my big box store main panel. Will certainly consider Reliance products again.
