I have used six of these on three different projects and they perform as they are supposed to. One of the projects uses four in a daisy chain. No problems. They arrived well-packaged with no bent pins.

The shift registers I got were NXP, and they all worked perfectly. I am going to be using these in an LED cube and these will allow me to use only 5 outputs from my microcontroller instead of 48.
