I got this on a whim, because I decided to cut down on my smoking. I'm used to hitting my pen whenever I feel stressed, or probably even as a fidget. I got this brand based on reviews, and it looked pretty. I have been using it for a few days now, and although it's a different feel than hitting a vape....to my surprise it actually helps! It's calming to know I'm wearing it, and if I use it as directed it slows down my breathing and helps lower my heart rate. It's nice having the same mental feeling putting it between my lips, but knowing I'm not inhaling smoke every time. It's not a total replacement but it's great and I really enjoy it.

This is my grandson's second Halsa Breather! He has anxiety issues, and the breathers have been a big help to him. He uses it to calm his breathing when stressed over work assignments, social situations, etc.Most people think it is Jewelry! He is an artist studying animation, so he wears a lot of black clothing and T-shirts with amazing graphics. This breather fits right into that wardrobe style!The Halsa (which means health in Swedish) brand is known for its high-quality products, and this breather does not disappoint! The chain is sturdy, and the perfect length and the breather is made from premium stainless steel and beautifully engraved! The breather is boxed for gifting, and the box is also perfect for storing it when not in use!My grandson was delighted with his second breather, and he joined me in giving it five stars!

I love this necklace for my umpteenth time quitting vaping. You're supposed to inhale through your nose and exhale through the tube, but I prefer inhaling through the tube and exhaling through the nose. I quit vaping yesterday and this was a godsend. Immediately stopped my panic attack. Downside: I paid extra for the upgraded chain and I regret it. It gets horrifically tangled. Do yourself a favor and get the cheaper chain and buy a separate, sturdier chain from elsewhere.

I love the concept but there is a terrible metal flavor that it leaves in your mouth after you inhale. I would love it so much if that wasn't a factor.

I bought this to help me quit smoking and when I use it, it has helped me tremendously! I did notice I had to block the end a little with my finger to get more of a slow draw from it. But that wasn’t a problem. I even got it to a point where it felt like the strength of the draw from a cigarette. But it is made to help anxiety and to calm you if you are feeling less than calm. It works great for that too! So it has definitely been a twofer for me!

This is perfect! I’m kicking myself for buying the $100 Komuso brand a few months ago because this one is actually BETTER. It feels like better quality and the packaging is superior.

So I was going between this one and the Kusuma shift. I first decided on the shift because I thought for the price of that, it must be better, right? Nope. The mouth piece of that had a bur on it that could easily cut my lip and the luxe chain (that was $20 extra) had a spot where they didn’t properly make the chain and there is sharp edges. So I bought the Halsa. First, that stands for “health” in Swedish which is cool. It also has “breath & be.” engraved on it. The Komuso has “be still” in Japanese. The clasp on the Halsa is so much more high end. And the luxe chain comes with. It’s a little heavier but I think that makes it nice. And the finish is brushed so you won’t see fingerprints which is awesome. It works really well. I’m using it to help quit smoking and I’m optimistic! Over all it’s a beautiful piece that is functional and useful. It’s smooth and looks perfect.

El tubo de metal mas inutil y costoso que haya nunca comprado.

Pense que era un silbato o que por lo menos tendria algun tono/ frecuencia al soplar a travez.Este producto solo es un tubo metalico con una boquilla recortada.Lo probe de varias formas y no logre hacer que vibrara, realmente no tiene otra utilidad mas que la estetica, no me sirve . 2 estrellas
