Good bike lock
After having bike stolen, having use cable lock, I tried this U-lock. It stopped theft. Also, the mounting on bike worked fine, which made it compact. Good bike lock that works and is good price.

Sturdy lock but the latch does not completely come off making it hard to attach to some poles. Best if used in combination with a 6ft rope cable

Great! Comparable quality to the few that I've seen in stores at higher prices. Also like that it comes with 3 keys..... Just in case. Super quick to take on and off since only one side opens instead of taking the base and the U apart like some locks.

Package came opened (both the box and actual lock package) and there are no keys with the lock. How am I supposed to use a bike lock without a key?

Seems like a secure enough lock
Seems like a secure enough lock, but it is fairly small. There's probably enough room to wrap it around your bike frame and most bike racks. It's not really large enough to wrap around your bike frame and one of those "U channel" sign posts (google it) or a parking meter pole. It's also no where near large enough to wrap around your frame, a rack, and a tire at the same time which I usually like doing since I have quick release tires. Also, be aware that the lock has a swinging hinge. The "U part" and the "bar part" do not come apart. The bar part just swings open and closed. This has both pros and cons compared to the U locks where the U and the bar come apart entirely. I haven't ever come across an affordable U lock that I really like, so compared to the competition, this one is ok.

excellent, after losing two bikes by thieves
excellent,after losing two bikes by thieves, i decided to use this lock , its strong , doesn't have a get destroyed by rain and is super durable. you can trust it
