The phone works well in the USA too it’s t mobile. Verizon doesn’t work as wellYou have to get an active sim to get it to work. The store can activate the Sim for you

The metal tab may come unglued
Great case except the metal tab detached from the case, causing my phone to hit the rotary gear shift on my truck. Being thrown into neutral in the middle of an intersection was less than ideal.
