Love the precision of cooking using the sous vide method. My sous vide unit had a clip that let the unit attach to the rim of a pot. Clip broke after very little use. Thought I was going to have to toss the unit. And so, while looking for a replacement, I saw this bracket. Ordered it. Perfect fit.Kind of spendy, I thought. But saved me the cost of a whole new unit.

This was a replacement part for my appliance where the built-in designed plastic clip had broken off. This allowed me to continue using the device and not require to purchase a new one.

Overall, I am pleased with this replacement for the bracket of my Sous vide. The original bracket that came with the Sous Vide broke when I was trying to tighten it. I prefer how this bracket does not need to twist to tighten, but appears to be mounted on a spring, attached to a button. Pull back to adjust, then let go and it holds the Sous vide in place. The only negative is that I previously bought a covered container to use with the Sous Vide and it has a hole in the top for the top of Sous Vide to be out but the rest is covered. Since this bracket is thicker next to the appliance, the cover will not close. Every thing still works, but it would be nice if I could close that half. Again, works well and probably a better design than the original.

I have the Anova Cooker Pro which is the largest Anova Sous Vide machine right now. It’s a workhorse. It fits this holder …. You will have to “pull back” the spring all the way and then it easily fits.The spring mechanism then snaps against it and holds it in place. Mine is held pretty tightly, but I can still turn it a little directing the inflow/outflow holes. I like this ability.I like the screw clamp to keep it against the side of the pot. Much heavier duty than the original, which was a big part of why I purchased. I can leave it on the plastic tub and just remove the actual Sous Vide circulator when not in use.

Better than the one that came with my anova 3.0, which was junk that disintegrated after 2 months. Buy this now before your's self-destructs.

This fit and did its job but also broke after not very much use. I replaced it with a “Hyper Tough 2-inch Light Duty Spring Clamp” from Walmart that cost 8% of what this did. The clamp works as a replacement because my Sous vide container has a lid on which it can rest. The clamp won’t work as a substitute if you need something to hold the circulator onto the side of a pot/container.

Perfect fit and more solidly built than the original that comes in the box.

I have two Anova circulators, and both had the original bracket crack. This design makes more sense in the way it attaches to the circulator and to the container. Easy to adjust and after many uses, it seems very well made and durable
